How do we get paid?
All homes listed for sale offer compensation to us as your buyer's agent. Builders also pay us to represent you, however they will not tell you that and they hope to deny you our representation. You should always have us with you before walking into a new home community. Builders pay our fee if we are with you on your first visit or we call ahead and let them know you are coming without us. Even For Sale By Owners will pay us our fee once we convince them it's in their best interest to do so. So basically, our service, knowledge and expertise costs you absolutely nothing regardless of whether you buy a home or not.
Whether you have bought and sold many homes or this is your first time we can add value by going over the process with you in detail so no unpleasant surprises come along to sour the experience. We usually start with a meeting to learn about what you desire. The more we know about you and your motivations, the better we can assist you.
